Archie Ahern

Archie is an associate in our Intellectual Property group based in London. He has been involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters relating to patents, trade marks, passing off and copyright. His litigation experience has primarily focussed on trade mark and patent disputes across a range of sectors, particularly telecoms. He has worked on brand management projects and advised a number of technology start-ups on how to manage and protect their intellectual property.
